What we collect. When you request a Coverage Check we collect your name, phone number, email, state, ZIP code, household size, an income range, and whether you currently have coverage. We do not ask for health conditions, medications, or claims history on this site.

Why. To contact you about insurance options and pull plans that fit your household. We store the consent you gave us, with the date and time, so we can prove we had your permission to reach out.

How we protect it. Your phone number, household size, and income range are encrypted before they're stored. Access is limited to Winter Health Insurance Inc and the service providers who help us run this site and send you messages.

Advertising. This page uses the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. Meta receives an anonymized (hashed) version of your contact details when you submit the form, and never your household size, income range, or coverage status.

Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Email awinter@nextlevelhealthlife.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
